Passengers with disabilities
Departure
When booking or issuing a ticket, passengers with disabilities and other persons with disabilities must inform the carrier or the carrier's agent about their disabilities, as well as individual dimensions, weight or other characteristics of the means of transportation (including the presence and technical characteristics of batteries) that they plan to carry on board the aircraft.
All information about passengers with disabilities and other persons with disabilities is treated as strictly confidential and under no circumstances may be shared with anyone outside the airline.
All services provided by the airport to disabled persons and other persons with disabilities are free of charge.
Please note that the decision to accept passengers with reduced mobility for transportation is made by the airline on the basis of a medical report and taking into account a number of factors: the passenger's state of health, restrictions on the number of passengers of special categories on the flight, the possibility of providing special equipment in flight.
Detailed information about the rules of air transportation of passengers with disabilities can be obtained from the airline that provides transportation.
Check-in of passengers with reduced mobility should be performed out of turn and in accordance with the carrier's requirements.
Boarding of passengers with reduced mobility and their accompanying persons must take place prior to passenger boarding.
If a passenger requires special service during air transportation, he/she must have a companion.

The free parking lot at the airport's station square has special spaces for cars of passengers with disabilities, marked with appropriate signs and markings.
Sound and visual notification is used to inform passengers with disabilities and other persons with disabilities about the services provided and the procedure for their provision, including:
- notification (call) buttons for meeting staff and providing services are placed on the station square at the entrance to the air terminal by the ramp;
- wheelchairs for passengers to move around the airport are located in the check-in area (please contact by phone: +7 (41136) 9980020;)
- there is a specialized parking lot for private cars marked with a special sign on the airport station square;
- passengers can order special assistance and get additional information by calling the airport information department phone number +7 (41136) 9980020.
Wheelchairs and other auxiliary devices used by passengers with disabilities and other persons with disabilities are carried as checked baggage in the baggage compartments of the aircraft upon agreement with the carrier.
The free baggage allowance and its dimensions on the aircraft is established by the airline.
Restrictions on transportation of personal mobility aids on board the aircraft as hand baggage or checked baggage are set by the airline.
Passengers using an electrically powered wheelchair are required to carry a set of keys/accessories for disconnecting the battery terminals of the wheelchair, as well as battery packaging in accordance with the ICAO Technical Instructions for the Safe Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air.
Disconnection and connection of the battery terminals of an electrically powered wheelchair is performed by passengers themselves or, upon request for the service, by an airport employee.
Arrival
When checking in for a flight departing to Mirny Airport, be sure to inform us what special services and assistance you will need at the airport upon arrival. If you have checked-in for your flight in advance using mobile check-in, from the airline's website or at the airport of departure at a self-check-in kiosk, please contact the check-in desk at the airport of departure to make a note of the required services at the airport of arrival.
Upon arrival at Mirny Airport you will be assisted in disembarking from the aircraft, baggage collection and, if necessary, escorted to the car transportation.
In accordance with civil aviation regulations, you will be assisted in disembarking from the aircraft after all passengers have disembarked.
