Transportation of unaccompanied children
Parents of unaccompanied children between 5 and 14 years of age should contact the airline in advance to find out the rules of such a flight and prepare all the necessary documents for such a trip.
For such travelers, airlines provide a child escort service (for an additional fee).
As a rule, airlines require a parent or guardian at least 18 years old to be present at the airport until the time of departure. The adult must have proof of identity.
Upon entering the terminal building, a young passenger with a parent or guardian must first check-in for the flight and receive further instructions at the check-in desk.
