The cargo is ready for delivery from the moment the consignee is notified of its arrival at the warehouse by phone: ??????.

Order of cargo delivery:

• The Carrier/Agent shall ensure that the consignee is notified of the arrival of the cargo to its address no later than twelve hours after the arrival of the aircraft carrying the cargo at the airport of destination, and cargo requiring special conditions of transportation, except for oversized, heavy and bulky cargo - no later than three hours after the arrival of the aircraft carrying the cargo at the airport of destination, unless otherwise provided for in the contract of transportation by air of the cargo;
• The cargo warehouse operator shall issue the cargo to the consignee specified in the cargo waybill upon presentation of an identity document; cargo arriving at the address of an organization shall be issued under a power of attorney duly executed, certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the company;
• The consignee, upon receipt of the cargo, shall sign the consignment note form, which is left with the cargo warehouse operator;
• The consignee shall be obliged to pay all payments and charges due from the consignor, including those not collected from the consignor upon acceptance of the cargo for transportation;
• The consignee shall receive the cargo in full, receiving the cargo in installments is not allowed;
• The cargo shall be released in accordance with the warehouse operation mode;
