Baggage
Baggage transportation
The free baggage allowance - weight, size and number of pieces - depends on the direction of the flight and the class of service of the passenger and is determined by the airline's rules.
Information on baggage transportation rules is available on the airline's website and at the carrier's ticket sales offices. Information on free baggage allowance is usually indicated in the appropriate column of the airline ticket or displayed during booking.
It is not recommended to put in your luggage:
- jewelry;
- currency
- documents and securities;
- fragile, breakable items and perishables.
You can use the baggage packing service in the airport check-in area.
Overweight or oversized baggage requires special handling.
Contact the airline in advance and specify the conditions of transportation of such baggage.
In case of transportation of excess baggage, the difference between the established free baggage allowance and the weight of the baggage presented for transportation is paid at the baggage tariffs established by the carrier to the airline's ticket office.
